We reserve the right to not proceed with the procedure if we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

We reserve the right to not perform a cosmetic tattoo or tattoo you if you do not complete the consent forms and do not comply with the terms & conditions within said consent form(s) at the time of your appointment.

We reserve the right to not proceed with the appointment if we deem necessary.

We reserve the right to not reschedule an appointment if we deem necessary.

We reserve the right to ask your friends/family attending the appointment to leave if they are disrupting the process.

We reserve the right to stop the appointment at any time during the cosmetic tattoo process if we deem necessary.

We will not perform cosmetic tattoos or tattoos any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances. It is illegal to tattoo any person under the age of 18 in Washingotn state.

We reserve the right to not tattoo any person who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

We have a zero tolerance on offensive language and behavior. We expect you to conduct yourself in a respectful manner at all times, with respectful behavior towards Brows by Brenda staff and clients. If your behavior causes undue stress or offense to staff or clients, you may be asked to leave the premises.

Elevate by B will not be held responsible for any cosmetic tattoo or tattoo removal costs.

Elevate by B takes no responsibility for any damage to a tattoo or any other related side effects due to poor aftercare procedures and the use of non recommended creams and ointments. Failure to follow the prescribed aftercare instructions may result in any  'touch up' work to be void.

A deposit is required to retain your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable with a strict cancellation policy that forfeits your deposit if the client does not contact to reschedule or cancel 72 hours prior to their appointment. Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit  (including touch ups),.

Please be on time and plan accordingly to your appointment time. Clients 15 minutes late to their appointment will be automatically cancelled and forfeit their deposit, no exceptions.

We ask that you give us at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This gives your artist an ample amount of time to reach out to other clients to fill your spot and reduces the chance of product and time being wasted. Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit (including touch ups).

Clients that cancel the day of their appointment or are a no call/no show may be subject to forfeiting any or all future appointments.

We want to ensure our artist's time and resources are respected.

If you have any of the following symptoms or conditions, keep in mind this can affect whether or  not you may be a good candidate for the cosmetic tattooing procedures:

• Pregnant or nursing
• Epilepsy
• Pacemaker or major heart problems
• Had an organ transplant
• Tendency for keloid
• Seborrheic dermatitis
• Skin irritations (sunburn, rashes, acne, etc.) in procedure area
• Botox in the past 2 months
• Used Accutane in the past year
• Allergy to anesthetic (Lidocaine, Tetracaine or Epinephrine)
• Extremely oily or problematic skin
• You have Diabetes type 1 or 2 (due to slow healing and infection, color may or may not retain well).
• You have thyroid/graves disease (medication may cause pigment to not retain properly).
• Liver disease
• Undergoing Chemotherapy/Radiation
• Eczema near the procedure site
• Sick (cold, flu, Covid- 19, etc.)
  The following conditions may be eligible with a doctors note:
  -Individuals undergoing chemotherapy
  Although permanent makeup is great for enhancing your look, we require a doctor’s note in order to perform the procedure for anyone undergoing chemotherapy. Once you're cleared from your oncologist we can book your appointment. Permanent makeup is a great solution for cancer survivors.
  -Individuals with Diabetes
  It is important that your condition is stable and under control. Please consult with your physician and provide us with a doctor's note.
  -Individuals with Thyroid Condition
  The color of your brows can fade faster when taken with certain thyroid medications.
  -Individuals with Glaucoma
  The risk of developing an eye infection is higher.
  -Individuals with High Blood Pressure
  Your blood pressure has to be at a stable condition. You may have slightly greater bleeding than the norm. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. 
  
  Individuals that have any uncertainty regarding their pre-existing conditions, or are under the supervision of a physician, please consult with your doctor before booking an appointment and provide us with a doctor's note.
